Our basic rate is $150 per hour. This is for work done between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) with at least 24 hours advance notice.

We also have an out of hours or urgent rate. This is for work done outside of our standard business hours or with less than 24 hours. Our urgent rate is 150% of our base rate or $225 per hour.

We may waive our out of hours rate at our discretion, but you should not expect this.

We charge for travel, although if we are traveling between clients you will pay only for travel to your premises, unless your are located more than 30km from our offices.

We have a minimum charge of 1 hour. We bill in 30 minute intervals and we round up after 10 minutes (so if your job takes 70 minutes we will charge you for 90 minutes)

We issue invoices weekly and our terms are for payment within 14 days of the invoice date.

Any hardware, software or third party services we purchase on your behalf must be paid either in advance or on receipt of the invoice, unless other arrangements are made.
