Women flock to Linux talkfest
The Australian Linux Conference has attracted 10% female registrations so far and also has its first female keynote speaker. This reflects the fact that the Australian Linux commmunity has a number of prominent (and fantastic) female participants - breaking the mould of a traditionally male-dominated area.
