Has Ubuntu Linux overtaken Mac OS X as Google Trends’ runner-up to Windows?
Here's an interesting (and disputed) ZDNet blog entry regarding the popularity of Google searches. It indicates that Ubuntu is now more popular than Mac OSX using that measure.
This is probably the fairest comparison.
